Reading My Father: A Memoir
I first came across William Styron with through his book "Darkness Visible" where he chronicles his depression. It was a huge help in dealing with my own. While "Reading My Father: A Memoir" was a pleasant read, I came away feeling that I didn’t really know Alexandra Styron or William Styron better at the book’s end than I did at its beginning.
